Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized servicer for the Service Center Team, a national provider of in home services for manufacturers, extended warranty companies and retailers.
We are actively recruiting qualified service companies to perform on site service and/or product installation on behalf of our major clients including manufacturers, extended warranty companies and retailers.
If your company is interested in generating profitable incremental service revenue please complete and submit the following application and upload all required documents to be considered as a service partner. This application will take approximately 30 minutes to complete so you may save the information that you entered at any time and come back to complete it later.
The following forms included in the application require your signature and must be uploaded. There are also forms that must be provided by your company as noted below and requested during the application process.

• Primary Technician Background Check Form (Instructions included in this application)
• Zip Code Coverage List - Supplied by Your Company in Excel Format
• Certificate of Liability Insurance (Naming Service Center Team as additional insured)
• Tax Resale Certificate
• Business License
• Various Photos (Instructions included in this application)
- Photos of your technician(s) that will be providing service (To be used for SCT provided ID badges that will be printed on each work order)
